Elementary school is a critical stage in every child’s education and growth. They must have a process of adaptation at both mentality and behavior in which there will be lots of problems in life, study and interpersonal relations. In recent years, with the country paying more attention to education, the nation finds it difficult for first grade students to adapt to new learning environment after enrolling as well as to keep up with new learning rhythm. Therefore, the problems that freshmen fit the school become the focus of the family, teachers and society.This article is based on research at home and abroad, and combine cultural backgrounds with characteristics of students. From the view of classroom management, we research for 129 students in Hailaer of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, survey their masters and have a talk with their teachers and parents. The questionnaire is about the study and social adaptation of freshmen.The following conclusions are drawn by the research:First, in most classes, the activities and the management need to rise with the orientation of communication. The orientation of first grade students are not pretty. Second,The environment management of class is neglected with the orientation of learning. Third, the management target of the class activities is not clear, students don’t have a good ability in self-careHere are some strategies:Firstly, the school headmaster should improve the managing abilities of master and pay more attention to their improvement and development. Secondly, the teacher should decorate the classroom and value the management of the classroom. Thirdly, the teacher must attach great importance to class construction. Fourthly, teachers need to care about activities and management. Fifthly, parents should not overlook the students’ daily life.
