With the change of China’s economic development,the concept of education has also changed.The main body of the school is the class.Class management,as the basis of school management,has been paid more and more attention.The quality of class management not only affects the academic performance of every student in the class,but also affects the formation of students’ personality and character.Therefore,class management is very important for school education and national education.Moreover,because of their own factors,such as young age,immature mind and so on,they are in the critical period of developing good habits and will quality.More attention should be paid to the class management of middle and low grade students in primary school.For the study of class management,previous studies mostly focused on the whole stage of class management in primary schools,less involved in the specific school segments,especially in the lower grades of primary schools.Therefore,this study takes Harbin H Primary School as an example to study the class management in the lower grades of primary schools,hoping to provide some reference and help for the class management in the lower grades of primary schools through this study.This paper consists of the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the origin of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,and the definition of related concepts used in this paper and the research methods used in this paper.Chapter two,mainly describes a series of problems in the management of lower grade classes in primary schools by using research methods.This paper mainly elaborates on four aspects: the organization and construction of lower grade classes in primary schools,the routine management of lower grade classes in primary schools,the teaching management of lower grade classes in primary schools,and the problems existing in lower grade students themselves.mainly from the three aspects of teachers,students,parents to analyze the causes of class management problems in the lower grades of primary school.Chapter three,mainly aiming at the problems and causes of class management in lower grades of primary schools,puts forward effective countermeasures from five aspects: improving the level of teacher class management,building a scientific and effective class management mechanism,improving students’ autonomous management ability,and building a civilized and harmonious class and parents.
