Entering the new century education has been given a new theme, attention to students as a personality development, recognizing the differences of students, bring up students complete personality, to promote the comprehensive development of students to become the core idea of educational philosophy. However, vocational education classes in traditional management mode can not meet the needs of the new philosophy of education and vocational talent in today’s society for quality, mainly for backward management, lack of humane management, vocational students lack of autonomy, which vocational students are not conducive to the future sustainability. Therefore, secondary vocational schools look forward to study the strong in students’ autonomous management. The purpose of this study is to to present class management of secondary vocational school students as the breakthrough point, looking for appropriate methods to improve the class management mode, to improve the management ability of vocational students.According to the author own practical work experience to follow the principle of combining theory and practice, take literature research methods, questionnaire and action analysis and other research methods for education environment and status of vocational students in school education. The vocational ministry of Vocational and Technical College of Yanji, For the vocational school students conducted a survey on the present situation of the class autonomous management. Analysis of the results of the survey found that part of their headmasters’own educational philosophy is not updated, can not use the advanced theory to guide their teaching and class management. Teachers generally think that they are in high labor intensity, there is not proportional to the level of wages and pays; nearly half of the class committee will work is still relatively reliable, but the role of class committee is to help complete the layout of the school, parents are little able to actively cooperate with the class work. Over half of the students believe that the class cadre plays a very important role in class management; The class rules and regulations did not clearly defined aiming at the students’self management; participation of students in class management is significantly lower than that of the cadres in the class, the class teacher tenure and inversely proportional to the degree of democracy; the class only focus on health, discipline and learning, the development of students has not respected, rarely have the opportunity to play the role of the individual. The reasons are mainly following aspects of class management of vocational school students’autonomous management:from the aspect of the concept of management is single; Lack of correctly grasp On the class management role, and the reasonable requirements has been neglected, lower sense of happiness. From the student perspective, the students’sense of responsibility is not strong, autonomic request is not high; anti-frustration ability is poor, the autonomic process does not continue. From the family aspect, parents do not understand the school work, and they hardly communicate to the teacher.Based on the survey and analysis of autonomous management of secondary vocational school students to solve the existing problems in the class, the teacher plays a key role in class management of students’autonomous management; the establishment of the subject status of students in class management; the implementation of class autonomous management mode of student evaluation system; and the integration of multiple resources to promote the smooth progress of the class management of students’self management. We give some help to daily work of teachers and students in vocational learning, and hope to raise the community for vocational students the support and understanding of scientific management, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of vocational students to better contribute to the national training professional and technical personnel.
