Research On China’s Volleyball Referee Comprehensive Literacy And The Path Of Ascension

Sport is not only the cause of the sun, but also the cause of people’s livelihood. If a country wants to become a real sports power, not only to value the achievement of athletes in international competitions, should also pay more attention to the development of the comprehensive literacy level of referees. The key of a brilliant sport is the competition rules, while the comprehensive quality of referees is the foundation of the implementation of the competition rules. If a referee have higher integrated quality, then he will played a pivotal role in the competition. Referees are not only the organizers of the competition, and the regular performers, but also the educators of sports teams and even sports promoters. Referees comprehensive literacy will directly affect whether the contest work smoothly or not.In this study, the main object is the comprehensive literacy of referees who worked in 2014-2015 National Volleyball League. This study combined findings of sociology, economics, management and psychology fields. And in order to understand the Chinese volleyball referee basic information, the author would research the the basic situation of the volleyball referee team and investigate and analyze their work. And try to through the investigation on the current situation of China’s Volleyball Referees comprehensive qualities to explore the existing shortcomings and problems. The author hope regulation by some corresponding policy raising the comprehensive literacy level of referees, and contribute to the referee team of the healthy and orderly development. By using the method of literature, logical method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and expert, conceived and designed the basic framework to enhance the development of the Judges comprehensive literacy. And establish of China’s Volleyball Referees comprehensive quality index. The index includes four first level indicators: of ideological quality, business literacy, psychological quality, physiological quality. Twelve secondary level indicators: of political ideology, moral standards, theoretical level, practical ability, execution, communication skills, emotional category, behavioral effects, body shape, body function, etc. Besides, forty-two third level indicators: law-abiding, caring and wide respect for competition, with some theoretical basis for the business, has the practical ability, subject to the overall situation, a team player, friendly with people and have a positive psychological quality, strong mental capacity, gesture exact specification, physical exercise, etc. This paper aims to explore the promotion ways of referee levels and the method to improve the management level of the referee.In addition, the author puts forward some countermeasure to improve the comprehensive quality of the volleyball referee, for example, Strengthen business learning, adhere to the training and examination, enhance service quality; to strengthen the legal constraints, strengthen supervision mechanism, enhance the ideological quality; strengthen the management system, the cultivation of psychological quality, and so on. What’s more, this paper is provide theoretical references for exploring new ways to improve the comprehensive quality of the volleyball referee, and improving our competitive sports level and mass sports involvement. It is also provide theoretical references for Chinese volleyball community has enforcement of the referees who own the ability to do the work for the world series and the high level event at home.
