Study On Beijing University Volleyball Class One Referee's Ability To Adjudicate

With the popularization and promotion of volleyball,more and more different types of volleyball matches are held at home and abroad.Volleyball referees are indispensable as an important part of the competition.Referees are organizers and leaders in volleyball matches and judges on the field.Therefore,the technical skills and moral and psychological qualities of volleyball referees directly affect the fairness of the game and even affect the outcome of the game.With the increasing number of international competitions being held in China,the more you need to exercise strong,high-quality volleyball referees.Beijing Volleyball Class 1 referees are the backbone of the city-level volleyball competitions,the main force of the provincial-level events,business literacy and the ability to implement sanctions are directly related to the sustainable development of Beijing Volleyball and the popularity of volleyball.In order to adapt to this kind of diversified development,it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the Beijing Olympic volleyball class one referee's ability to adjudicate and to improve the referee's ability to exercise sanctions.Therefore,this article combines the current Beijing volleyball class one referee's implementation of the situation,in-depth investigation of referee performance on the spot,find out the factors that affect the ability to adjudicate,analyze the reasons for the formation of the referee team in Beijing and promote the volleyball game The conduct of fairness provides a reference.This article mainly uses the literature,the Delphi method,questionnaires,and interviews with experts to participate in the 3rd Beijing Amateur Volleyball League in 2017 and the 2017 Beijing Traditional School Volleyball Competition in Beijing and Beijing in 2017.The discussion and observation of the primary and secondary school volleyball championships and the 2017 Beijing Youth Volleyball Championship and the volleyball referees at the same time,combined with the Beijing volleyball class one referee's investigation into the situation of the Beijing volleyball class one referee's adjudication ability The main factors and conduct research.The survey results show that:1.Beijing Volleyball level 1 referees have stronger ability to perform adjudication,higher moral quality,higher cultural accomplishment,and very few enforcement cases.2.Beijing volleyball level 1 referees have high professional qualifications,but they have limited learning of rules and referees,and they are not comprehensive enough to appear panic and mistakes in the specific implementation;they have weak ability to deal with difficult balls and grasp standards.The ability situation is good.The referee judges that the observation ability is strong,the organization management ability and the independent work ability are strong,and can finish the referee task well.3.Beijing Volleyball level 1 referees have good psychological quality,buttheir reasonable distribution of attention is not good;a small number of referees have insufficient anti-pressure capacity;subjective judgment or feelings are used to judge the problem;influences.4.The Beijing Volleyball level 1 referee management system is relatively complete,but due to non-professional referees,systemic learning cannot be guaranteed.
