The Study On Elderly Action Strategies Of The Home-Basad Care In Rural Area

The pension problem is always an important project attracting domestic scholar and foreign scholar. Domestic scholar have made a great deal of description and discussion about the living condition and pension problem of the old aged in different subjects and perspective. Among the scholars, some scholars pay their attention on the home-based care in rural area and do some research and analyze. But their research do not go deep into the specific situation. They just regard the old aged as the demand side and stress the functions of the government. Fewer scholars can regard the old aged as the main actors. It should make a further investigation and research.This research chose the pushing of the service of the home-based care in rural area, and take the X village in Jindong as a sample, use case studies, to analyze the elderly action strategies of the home-based care in rural area. In the research, this article will regard the old aged in rural area as the main actors. Then it will elaborate the elderly action strategies at establishment, construction and running stage, and reveal that there exist gap between the service afford by the service center and the demand of the old aged.The whole paper is to be divided into 5 sections:The first part, firstly, it will put forward the research problem and the significance of the research; secondly, it will introduce its study clue; thirdly, it will make an introduction on the research methods and significance; lastly, it will introduce the general situation of the village.The second part,it will introduce the background of the home-based care service center established in X village. Then it mainly discusses that the home-based care coming into being based on the gap between the increase of the demand of the old aged and the insufficient of taking care supported. It emphases on the content and the requirement of the policies of the home-based care in jindong.The third part, it will present the elderly action strategies of the home-based care. The research have found that:at the start-up stage and the construction stage, the action strategies the old aged taken are passive and negative, just as keep silence, waiting and seeing, complaining; but at the running stage, the action strategies the old aged taken aiming at the physiological needs, the security needs and the spiritual needs have been utilized all their human capital and social capital fully and it reflect the initiative and the positive of the old aged.The fourth part, it will scrutinize the dynamic characterization of the elderly action strategies of the home-based care in rural area and gain some related enlightenment. The action strategies the old aged taken changed from passive and negative to active and positive because of the change of the elderly political status, organization form and inherent demand, etc. The dynamic change of the action strategies highlights the subjective of the main benefit of the old aged.The research shows that, in order to improve the happiness index in the elderly later life effectively, it should rebuilt the subjective position of the main benefit.The fifth part, it will make a summary and discussion by studying the elderly action strategies of the home-based care in X village and present the deficiencies of this article.
