The relationship between the Internet and college students’ life is becoming more and more closely. The network consumer preference of college students refers to individual behavioral tendency in network environment. This concept has four dimensions, including information access,communication,leisure and network shopping. This paper studies the characteristics of time management disposition, internet self-efficacy and network consumer preferences, and this article has discussed the relationship among three variables. Not only enriched the debates about the three researches, and provide theory support for the future research. The result of this paper to help college student use plenty of the network resources more efficiently, and form some good net consumer preferences. Provide recommendations for businesses to sell for college students.The college students of Henan University and Xuchang University are selected as participants. This study use adolescence time management disposition scale, internet self-efficacy questionnaire and network consumer preferences questionnaire to collect data. In this study, SPSS 18.0 software is input to statistical analysis.Following results are drawn from above investigation:First, the time management disposition of college students has significant differences in different grades. The sense of time value has significant differences in different origins. The internet self-efficacy of college students’ has significant differences in different genders, grades, origins, ingle-child group and multi-child group. The preference of internet shopping and network consumer preferences has significant differences in different genders. Network consumer preferences and its dimensionalities has significant differences in different origins, single-child group and multi-child group(except the preferences of information access). The preferences of information access, communication and leisure have significant differences in different grades.Second, college students’ time management disposition has significant positive correlation with internet self-efficacy, and time management disposition has positive predict ability to internet self-efficacy. College students’ internet self-efficacy has significant positive correlation with network consumer preferences, and internet self-efficacy has positive predict ability to information access preferences, communication preferences and network consumer preferences, College students’ time management disposition has significant positive correlation with the preferences of information access, communication and the total grade of network consumer preferences. College students’ time management disposition can positively predict the preferences of information access, communication and the total grade of network consumer preferences.At last, college students’ internet self-efficacy plays a partial mediation role between time management disposition and the preferences of information access/ the preferences of communication /the total grade of network consumer preferences.
