| In recent years, along with the gradual prompting of the diversified education and quality education, the important role of art education in students’ comprehensive development has attracted more and more attention. Owing to the traditional examination and the unified standards examination and other factors, school art education is limited. For the teaching characteristics that focus on the learning interest and students personalized, the extramural art training institutions as a complement and extension of school art education is very popular with the parents, especially in the economic area in eastern China Wenzhou where has a lot of arts training institutions. Facing the developed upsurge of extramural art training institutions, does the extramural art training institutions is so perfect like people thought? What the defects do they have? What about their teaching situation like faculty, curriculum, teaching time arrangement? What the characteristics of the extramural art training institutions ? In this paper, based on the identity of practice teacher in primary and high school and the identity of part-time teacher in children’ art training institutions,the author do the research about the above problems in the eastern coastal city of Wenzhou area as the breakthrough point, and with children in art training institutions as the investigation object. By adopting the method of questionnaire, interview, observation, and practice method and many other methods, the author investigates the six children art training institutions in Wenzhou area. By contrast with the school arts education, the author analyzes the advantages and problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper consists of five chapters, they are the introduction, the teaching situation about the extramural children’ art training institutions in Wenzhou area, the teaching characteristics of the extramural children’ art training institutions in Wenzhou area, the reflection on the development of the extramural children’ art training institutions in Wenzhou area, and the recommendations of the implementation.The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly includes the origin of the research, the significance and the literature review of the research, the concepts and the design research of the thesis.The main content of the thesis is the second, the third and the fourth chapters, the fifth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis. The second chapter mainly divided into the four parts of the current situation of the training organization, the current situation of teachers, the present situation of the curriculum and the present situation of the classroom teaching. According to the survey in chapter two, the third chapter is about the advantages and disadvantages of children’s art training institutions in Wenzhou area through comparative method. The fourth chapter is the reflection. It is mainly about the liability of the extramural art training institutions to school art education and the responsibility of the extramural art training institutions that should bear. The last chapter is the the developing suggestions to the implementation of the extramural art training institutions. |
