This research invests into teachers level mechanism, school level mechanism,and social level mechanism which affect the development of young university teachers’ teaching abilities, using the software of Mplus7.0 and SPSS22.0, with mediating effect analysis, regulating effect analysis, and multilayer effect analysis, in order to explore the effect of development mechanism for College Young Teacher’s teaching ability. This research through the way of questionnaire survey, with 1800 young teachers in 17 colleges and universities in northwest area as sample, adopts“The development survey of young teachers’ teaching ability in Northwest minority areas”.Through the research,we can draw the conclusion that:(1)It has been found through the mediating effect analysis that, school level mechanism and teachers level mechanism have mixed multiple mediation effects between social level mechanism and teaching ability. That is to say, Social level mechanism influences the teachers level mechanism through school level mechanism, thus further influences teaching ability. School level mechanism has a mediating role between social level mechanism and teaching ability.Teachers level mechanism has a mediating role between social level mechanism and teaching ability.Teachers level mechanism has a mediating role between school level mechanism and teaching ability.School level mechanism has a largest mediating role between social level mechanism and teaching ability.(2)It has been found through the regulating effect analysis that, in the process of social level mechanism, school level mechanism and teachers level mechanisms’ impacts on the teaching ability, the impacts is influenced by the interaction between social level mechanism, school level mechanism and teachers level mechanism.The interaction have positive adjustment between social level mechanism, school level mechanism,teachers level mechanism and teaching ability.The interaction between social, school and teachers has a largest regulating role between social level mechanism, school level mechanism, teachers level mechanism and teaching ability.(3)It has been found through the multilayer effect analysis that, there is a linear correlation between factors of teachers individual level and environmental level. The role of teachers levelmechanism of teaching ability is influenced by the social level mechanism and school level mechanism. The main factors of teachers individual level and environmental level influence on young teacher’s teaching ability of ratio is 83:17,so the factors of young teachers in the individual level is still the most important factors influencing the teaching ability.Through the research, we can put forward the corresponding enlightenment for the development of young college teachers’ teaching ability. We can give full play to the school level mediation of mediating role; give full play to the interaction between social, school and teachers; give full play to the subjective initiative of young teachers;create a good environment for the development of young teachers’ teaching ability.
