With the progress of the current era,the Ministry of Education put forward the"practice-oriented lifelong learning" the basic concept,as the art of the art of the art of cohesion of the humanities of the subject,the requirements of their teachers have been past,high school young art teachers through practice Work also reflects a lot of problems or difficulties.Combined with the resumption of college entrance examination in 1978,a variety of enrollment system gradually improved.After the full enrollment reform of the college entrance examination in 1999,the enrollment of art students increased the number of ordinary secondary school students to self-study related professional institutions.Part of the full-time high school choose to set up artistic specialty classes,making this part of high school art teachers began part-time art professional training.Art teacher's teaching ability requirements not only in the "art appreciation class" this module,also includes "art professional training." In the face of these high school young art teachers must continue to study and study with the times.After analyzing a large number of related research and analysis,this paper takes the status quo and teaching practice of young art teachers in high school as the starting point,combined with the relevant questionnaire survey of the art school training high school,which is based on the sample school,explores and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers,And for its three major issues to give suggestions to enhance the way.This article is divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction elaborates the research background,the related research summary,the research significance method and the innovation place.The second part focuses on the current situation of high school art in three aspects,namely,the status quo of art appreciation class,the status quo of art specialty,the status of young teachers in high school,and the environment of young teachers.In order to find the lack of young teachers,in the analysis of the target to join the curriculum,student learning,teaching materials,classroom management and other aspects.The third part of the high school art in the analysis of the status quo after the young teachers face the most prominent three major problems:the focus on grasping the textbook is not clear,in the face of the use of textbooks inappropriate,often appear rhythm of the course,the content of the course scattered,Not clear and so on the situation;art classroom management capacity is insufficient,in high school students learning situation analysis can be seen,the art classroom management is more difficult than the college entrance examination subjects course.Young teachers in the presentation or student discussion without the old teacher's control field adjustment ability,prone to different links when the students are not controlled by the chaotic situation of the classroom.;Professional courses less effective,"Coban" origin of the art teachers in the painting techniques can not quickly adapt to the"art college entrance examination" of the painting system needs.The fourth part is based on a large number of literatures,educational books and periodicals,combined with the questionnaire survey and the old teachers' years of experience,and summed up the successful experiences to sum up the feasibility of four points to improve the comprehensive ability of young art teachers in high school.
