Teaching implementation is a very important link in work.The level of teachers' teaching implementation ability has a direct impact on the effect of teaching,The teaching implementation capabilities of junior high school young teachers represent the teaching level of young teachers,and will also affect young teachers in the future improvement and development.According to the requirements of the Middle School Teachers' Specialty Standards(Trial)",combined with the definition of teaching ability,this article believes that Teaching implementation ability refers to: "The ability of teachers to monitor and regulate classroom teaching activities by various means in order to ensure the smooth progress of teaching and to achieve teaching objectives",including the ability to stimulate learning interest,the ability to achieve teaching objectives,the ability to guide students to learn,the ability to organize and manage the classroom,the ability to apply technical resources.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview and case study,this paper makes an in-depth study on the teaching implementation ability of young teachers in junior middle school,there are some problems in junior middle school teachers,such as lack of ability to arouse students' interest,poor achievement of teaching goals,poor methods of guiding students,poor ability of management and organization,and poor application of technical resources.The reason is that the young teachers in junior middle school lack sufficient accumulation of knowledge and skills,rich and practical working experience,specific guidance of on-the-job training,conscious motivation of personal development and innovative ideas of education and teaching.This study suggests that schools should strengthen supervision,hierarchical training and examination incentives,and teachers should strengthen training and learning,teaching practice and reflective adjustment.Finally,the author puts forward the prospect of teachers' online and offline teaching implementation ability.This paper expects to analyze the existing high-quality experience and existing problems,summarize the promotion strategies of junior middle school young teachers' teaching implementation ability,and explore a development path that effectively connects the promotion of junior middle school young teachers' growth and the gradual improvement of teaching implementation ability.
