WeChat as a new instant communication software is changing people’s social habits and lifestyle irresistibly. Its vivid three-dimensional communication, timely and effective information push, open platform and strong scalability make it have applicative potential and space in informal learning, education and training. Improve teaching reflection ability is one of the important ways to enhance teachers’ professional ability. First of all, the ability to enhance the teaching reflection is a long-term, phased process, it is impossible to obtain good results through training and learning overnight. Second, teachers are busy, it is difficult to use chunks of full time training and learning. But using the WeChat on teachers’ teaching reflection can be use teachers’ fragments of time, it will split up the process of teachers’ teaching reflection, make it gradually progressive. Thirdly, the teaching reflection relying on the teaching practice, because the WeChat is usually installed in the mobile terminal and has good adhesion, teachers can reflect whenever and wherever possible,which is embedded in the process of teaching practice, can improving the timeliness and effectiveness of teaching reflection. Finally, WeChat public numbers can be targeted and timely push quality resources and references for teachers to browse and learn, by reading this literature and data method, teachers can improve their teaching reflection ability.Firstly, this paper use the literature research method to run the concepts about teaching literature and analyzed the application status of WeChat in the field of education and training, and discussed the feasibility,theoretical basis and advantages of teaching reflection support by WeChat.Then did a survey and interviews about the teaching reflection of teachers, through the data analysis of the survey and the summaries of the interviews, found some areas needed to be improved, and according to the characteristics and function of WeChat, putted forward the improvement strategies and ways to enhance the teachers’ teaching reflection support by WeChat. Finally, applied the WeChat to the teachers’ teaching reflection practice, and did an action research on teaching reflection.This paper presented the improvement strategies, ways and methods about teaching reflection under the support of WeChat, and based on the WeChat, did an action research of teaching reflection. Found that, under the WeChat environment, using the ways of independent and cooperation, through teacher autobiography, colleagues exchange, expert guidance, reading literature and other roads can be a good support of teaching reflection on its situationality, timeliness,autonomy, Cooperativeness,flexibility and procedural.Finally, summarized the shortcomings of the research and prospected the prospects for future research.
