This paper analyzes the modern multimedia technology application in biological experiment teaching of practical problems, this paper introduces the application of modern multimedia technology and equipment, and fully involved in biological experiment teaching, and then compare, found that reality is difficult to realize experiment can go smoothly and achieved good effect, lets the student direct-viewing understanding to the experimental process and phenomena. In biological experiments to create vivid modern multimedia technology, image vivid teaching situation, cause students thinking to explore the complete experiment, to overcome the problem faced by traditional biological experiment teaching, the students of experiment by means of multimedia experience biological features, feel the magic and mystery of improving the efficiency of classroom teaching in biology, stimulated the students’ learning interest.This paper USES action research method, applying modern multimedia technology to education practice, into school, into the classroom, in specific operation, high secondary biological experiment teaching through three rounds of plan- action-watch- reflection process, the application of modern multimedia technology in teaching effectiveness, summed up the application of modern multimedia technology to improve the efficiency of the high school biology teaching.In the experiment of biology, modern multimedia technology to create an image vivid teaching situation, assist students to complete the experiment exploring process, solved some problems of biological experiment teaching in middle school, to a certain extent, students’ learning efficiency is improved, teachers’ teaching progress accelerated, to strengthen the students’ practical ability, learning methods have changed, expansion of biological utility, in the process of sharing resources to learn how to efficient learning, with a subtle way to cultivate the students’ biological science literacy, speeds up the education reform.
