With the guidance of devoting major efforts to develop Vocational Education Policy, the challenge to the reform of educational information, the process of the development of economic and society, as the first resource of the social and economic development, the position and function of the human resources is being concerned more and more. The Teacher of Vocational Education is the most important force to promote the development of Vocational Education, so Teachers' Specialization Development is the key to train a vocational education teacher team with higher quality.This paper takes a vocational school as an example and discusses the issue from the construction of information in school, the teacher's basic information qualifications, the course teaching information qualifications and the scientific research information qualifications by questionnaire, interview and the observation method of the Classroom Teaching. The influence condition of Teachers' Specialization Development by personal factor, cultural factor, organization factor and training status are analyzed. And two methods for the characters of vocational school are put forward. They are cooperation pattern of school and enterprise and the School-based Curriculum mode. The characters and implementation processes of them are introduced as well.Under the supporting service of universities, the School-based Curriculum mode can know which aspects of needs and supports the teacher want. To drive us teachers research and practice on innovative education and promote the Development of the Specialization of Teachers through the leading of teaching and science research staffs in universities and expert teachers. This paper can also provide the certain model and reference to the teaching reform and the construction of the Teachers' Specialization for other Vocational Schools.
