A Study On Financial Personnel Management In Higher Vocational Colleges And The Countermeasures

Since2000, the higher vocational education in China has developed from eliteeducation to popular education and the strategy of higher education development hasevolved from scale-oriented expansion to intrinsic improvement, focusing on structuraloptimization,quality improvement and level raising, and the reform and development ofhigher vocational education has experienced historic breakthrough as well. Highervocational education is a vital part of higher education, which, as the new direction oftalent cultivation for the present stage, is revealing its significance. Higher vocationaleducation needs financial support to grow, and how to effectively use the existing fundis the key to solve the problem. Financial personnel, as the users of the fund, play animportant role in this process and how to develop the full potential of financialpersonnel becomes an issue that is worthy of our primary concern.In this paper, the author takes for instance Shanxi Engineering Vocational Collegeand investigates all the related aspects of financial personnel. The author finds outproblems about financial personnel as in their occupation burnout and low subjectivewell being to deal with them, hoping that vocational education can thus develop in afaster, better way and bring forth an increasing number of competent talents for thenation.
