Because classroomteaching is the main way to achieve the purpose of education， teaching qualityreflected in the classroom teaching quality level.Educational assessment as an important means of supervision and managementof modern education， it can not only measure the level of classroom teaching， butalso can diagnose the problems in the classroom teaching to help teachers improvetheir teaching and help students to learn better， so in improving education quality ofclassroom teaching， quality assessment naturally become the focus of attention. Thisarticle makes the assess the quality of classroom teaching as a research subject， andA primary school is a case study to help the task to carry out.Firstly，the factors affecting the quality of classroom teaching are qualitativeanalyzed，obtained teaching environment，people (teachers and students)、teachingmethods、teaching management、 teaching content、teaching media、technology、classroom feedback and teaching goals are eight main factors; then the eight mainfactors were refined points， divided into more than20key questions reflect thesefactors， and prepared the questionnaire in accordance with this detailed classification.By acquiring existing school data， survey questionnaires and interviews we knowthat，compared in terms of human factor，teaching method is particularly importantin the teaching. Therefore, the items which related to human factor and teachingmethod directly, should be reference points to be carried out in the assessment.Through the study also found that the school assessment body is lack of diversity，assessment tools is relatively simple， evaluate works are informally sometimes. Tosolve these problems, at the end of the article，it gives some suggestions to theprimary school classroom teaching quality assessment such as establishingmultivariate assessment body to assess the teaching quality， cultivating more healthconcept of assessment， strengthening the key evaluation index, optimizing theevaluation method, making the feedback of assessment more efficiently. In a word，this article did some exploratory research for elementary classroom teachingevaluation in China.
