In this study, the research of group work on the establishment of social support interventional elderly peer groups, It can be carried out to strengthen the specific path of the elderly peer support, to explore and discuss its dynamic mechanism and method, can have a channel to get the specific application in practice, to get the connect between theory and practice.The development of social groups and the effect of group research shows that:in a certain condition of support, group work has a certain role in the elderly peer social support network construction. Help the elderly people who are in the free edge of the group into peer groups more effectively, to get more peer support, the social resources can make them get better psychological and social development.
