The present education more advocate humanity care, respect for the individual life, appreciate education and motivation, education has been widely recognized by the incentive education, especially in the language classroom teaching is fully appreciated by many teachers and a wide range of applications. Good motivation education, can stimulate students’ interest in learning, enhance students’ self-confidence, arouse the initiative of student learning, develop the potential of students, raises the student good EQ, not only can effectively improve the quality of learning, also can improve the students’ comprehensive quality and ability. Therefore, in teaching practice, efforts to explore the principle of motivation education, found a scientific incentive method, become a problem especially worth thinking about.This paper based on the different types of language classroom teaching cases, multiple-angle and multiple-level study, further analyses, according to different teaching contents, teaching objectives and teaching process by use of different motivation education, make us realize that teachers should master certain incentive education theory, based on the characteristics of Chinese subject, always take the student as this, the incentive of advanced concepts, flexibly applied to the concrete education activities, pertinence, targeted, subject, the principle of humanity: such as motivation,owing to the different class, different from person to person, actively explore conforms to the students’ psychological characteristics, meet the requirements of the new standard of scientific and effective incentive method, to receive the ideal education effect.Especially in the present prominent language context of the education of humanism, actively use model incentive method, demand motivation method, evaluation method, emotion motivation, participation motivation and other operational stronger incentive strategy, can have a goal, in a planned way, directly or indirectly, undertake to the student’s motivation, create good education space for the growth of students,cultivate students’ autonomous learning, self education of good quality, stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation, the development of student’s personality.Through detailed analysis of specific teaching cases, we also found that motivation education in the language classroom is protean, is a clear goal, the method is flexible, both actuator and motivated, with a distinct personal characteristics,are built on the basis of respect for people, appreciate, and to stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge, develops the student individuality, improve the students’ life, eventually be able to cultivate more excellent talents. So, through in-depth investigation and analysis on the classroom teaching, can find some regularity of incentive methods, in order to better guide encourage education in Chinese teaching practice.
