| Government purchase of public services as a new model of public sports service provision, to a certain extent, ease the people’s growing demand for physical exercise, which will encounter many problem as well such as the purchase service quality in the process of purchasing services. Hence, the assessment on government purchase public sports service is very significant.Shanghai as one of the first pilot city to use government purchase services, the scope of government purchase services have also been extended to the field of public sports service, government purchase service of community sport events is one of applying. The government of Shanghai Yanji Street purchases the service of community sport events will encounter the same problem in the process of purchasing services, which provide for residents. So the assessment on government purchase service of community sport events is important.In this paper, the participants of community sport events of Shanghai Yanji street government as the object of survey, in order to understand the basic situation of government purchase service of community sport events of Yanji street, the research use the SWB of participants to assess the service quality of community sport events. The research methods of documents, documents, interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics were used in the paper, and the some effective suggestions were presented.Through this study the conclusions as follow:1、Community residents to participate in sporting events SWB has the following five factors: positive emotions, negative emotions, interpersonal experience, community sports satisfaction, a sense of spiritual life abundant.2、The study found the overall low level of participation of the residents SWB, indicating involvement of community residents for the government to buy sports service evaluation is not high. Evaluation is not high mainly reflected in the participation of the residents of the professional community sporting events, scientific and attitude of the staff are not satisfied.3、In the demographic characteristics of the different participants in SWB survey found that gender different and different income groups to buy their government Yanji street sports community service evaluation no difference.
