In recent years, musical culture and education has been more popular in China. China has improved the policies on the future of the artistic education, and there are more people willing to learn music. In addition, learning the basic musical theory is the first and important step. This step is not only for making more people be aware of the concepts of musical theory, but also for introducing the courses based on the musical theory. Also, this step is the essential part of the musical education, and the necessary course of the students in music. The relationships between these musical courses are important for students. While learning, students will be able to well understand the melody and the basic musical theory. Furthermore, students will be more skillful in analyzing and creating music, inducting by the basic musical theory. Therefore, students could have better understanding on the musical products.Recently, more musical courses are held in the universities because China has paid more attention on the basic education of students. As a result, universities offer more spaces for students in music program; however, there are some problems that can not be ignored such as lacking of teachers, ununiformed teaching materials, big musical quality differences between the individual students, different standards for the education of musical educators, while the simplicity of the modern education makes it harder to improve the musical education. Additionally, topics like how to teach students the theoretical music step by step and how to use this in the further musical advanced courses attract more attention in the field of education.This paper aims to introduce the simplicity of education and the problems in the classic education by the survey on the courses of advanced teaching-training theory. Also, further analyses on the education of university were also conducted according to the different standards of the educators in music program. This paper also concludes the effective methods and the policies that fit the modern education system to improve the advanced education in order to make students be more aware of the basic musical theories and be skillful in the further study.
