The new curriculum standards clearly requires high school physics classroom instruction to foster independent learning skills and habits, to play the main position of students in the classroom. In recent years, self-learning ability of students study more and more, more and more attention on how to cultivate self-learning ability of students in middle school physics teaching research has strengths and weaknesses, but multiple external factors in the study, focusing on research culture in the form of student action of internal research to be strengthened.In this study as a starting point to literature research, questionnaire, interview, test and case study analysis as the main research method, first by questionnaire, to understand the overall status of the current junior high school physics independent study, analyze student autonomy the intrinsic relationship between learning ability and influencing factors, the analysis concluded that the main problems that affect the junior high school physics, improved self-learning ability is:independent learning awareness is weak, lack of intrinsic motivation; the teaching process autonomous learning the ability of the lack of specific policies, a single academic evaluation methods, the lack of internal driving force. Based on the above problems, this study proposes a reform strategy targeted, including:improving teachers’ teaching ability of independent strategies to stimulate intrinsic motivation strategies, autonomous learning environment and create policies to promote independent learning and assessment strategies. Combined with specific case analysis, the teaching strategy was applied to the current physics teaching activities, carried out a research into the practice of a semester.Research shows that:the teaching strategies which improve the students’ physics autonomous learning ability has a great role in improving the students’ physical academic performance, and can effectively cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, deserves further research and practice.
