With the development of society,science and technology,interaction and cooperation between different parts of the world have become more frequent,and communication is obviously necessary.Nowadays,oral communication is the basic ability of every member,and it has become a topic of common concern in the teaching of Chinese in the world,and pays special attention to the early development of the oral communication ability.The development of oral communication teaching in primary school is not only beneficial to cultivate students’ language knowledge,but also let the students develop the habit of "listening" and "speaking"and also improving their personal qualities.However,according to the author’ s observation,in the current oral communication teaching of the Korean primary school stage,because of various reasons,some teachers are too contemptuous of oral communication teaching,which leads to the current situation of oral English communication teaching in primary school Korean language is not optimistic.This paper takes the Korean language teachers and fourth-grade students of FS Primary School in Yanji City as the main target,the main teaching arrangements for the oral communication teaching,teaching objectives,content,methods and evaluation;students of Korean Language in oral communication interest in learning,participation and capacity,has the use of literature,questionnaire,observation,interviews,text analysis and other methods,currently exist to find fourth-grade teaching the Korean language oral communication problems and causes FS primary school,then put forward some specific proposals.Through the investigation of current situation of oral communication teaching in Korean language,the main problems are:the teaching objectives are not designed according to the three-dimensional objectives,and the pertinence and operability are not strong;the teaching content is excessively dependent on textbooks;the teaching method is fixed;the teaching evaluation subject and method are single,and the evaluation is not specific;the development of students’ expression ability and communication ability is general.The main reasons for the problems in the teaching of Korean oral communication in primary schools are:Teachers’ insufficient understanding and interpretation of the curriculum standard;teachers’ excessive dependence on teaching reference books and neglect of students’ reality;teachers’ influence by traditional teaching concepts;inadequate evaluation system of oral communication teaching;students’ lack of self-confidence in expression.This study was based on analysis of the survey results and the factors for primary school teaching the Korean language in oral communication problems,made the following recommendations:Based on the curriculum standard,we should consider the students’ original level,grasp the goal accurately,and strive to improve the students’ oral communication ability;adopt the teaching content in the students’ real life,choose suitable teaching methods,and guide the students to enter the situation;improve the teaching evaluation mechanism of oral communication,and implement diversified evaluation;pay attention to encouraging the students,improve their self-confidence,and strengthen their expression ability and communication ability.Force training.
