In our country,with the process of urbanization and industrialization quickens gradually,A large number of migrant workers begin to move from countryside to city for working,thus create a large special social body——Migrant children.They neither different from the city children,nor the left-behind children,they always wander from place to place with their parents,we can call they “The second-generation city immigrants”.With more and more migrant children draw people’s attention,public school has become an main channel for most migrant children,the academe focus on their Campus interpersonal adaptability gradually.Now city primary school as the first stage of the formation of interpersonal relationship,has a significant effect on children’s physical and psychological development.This paper tries to through analyze the present situation and reasons of Dalian city public primary school campus interpersonal adaptability of migrant children,In order to find out the current situation of today’s city public primary school of migrant children interpersonal adaptability and its cause,and then give the solution.This paper studies the campus interpersonal relationship,include the relationship between migrant children and teachers and the relationship between migrant children and students.This paper selected four primary school in Dalian,include grade four,grade five and grade six.surveys and observations of nearly 350 migrant children,and then choose the worst 5 migrant children and their teachers to interview.The research shows that in Dalian city public primary school migrant children have some extent campus Interpersonal relationship adaptation disorders.Through the analysis of Dalian city public primary school campus interpersonal adaptability situation of migrant children,we know that in Dalian city public primary school that migrant children have some extent campus Interpersonal relationship adaptation disorders.incorporate is:1.Migrant children with teachers have good interpersonal cognition.2.Migrant children and teachers’ interpersonal interaction is not good.3.Migrant children and teachers’ interpersonal monitoring degree is slightly lower than the theoretical value, there have some problems.On the whole the situation between migrant children and student is slightly better than the teachers,but there is still a problem.incorporate is:1.The degree of Interpersonal cognitive between migrant children and students is higher than the theoretical value, but still below the interpersonal cognitive level of migrant children and teachers.2.The degree of Interpersonal interaction between migrant children and students is low, but higher than the migrant children and teachers.3.The degree of interpersonal monitoring between migrant children and students is lower than the theoretical value, but there is still a problem.The author through the analysis of interviews Of the teachers’ and the migrant children’s,we know the reason of City public primary school campus interpersonal adaptability disorders of migrant children.incorporate is:1.the cultural’s difference between Urban and rural is the cultural roots.2.The economic status gap between Urban caused the bad interpersonal interaction.3.The school lack the related prevention and safeguard system.4.The adaptability of interpersonal relationship can not get the attention of teachers.5.Inappropriate family education caused the bad Interpersonal relationship of migrant children.According to the above analysis,good countermeasures are put forward for the city public primary school migrant children:1.Education authorities should pay attention to and set up some guarantee system.2.The school should establish some related preventive and remedial measures.3.Create a harmonious atmosphere in the school, eliminate the cultural bias and misunderstanding.4.Teachers should pay more attention to the adaptability of campus interpersonal relationship.5.Strengthen home school links, and guide the parents to set up correct outlook on education.
