The employment of the graduates as a centered problem arouse the public attention all the time, As a matter of fact, the new words like "Ant Tribe", "pigeonhole", "North Drift" all indicated the popularity of the employment graduates who immigrate to the center cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou when they searched for jobs. But meanwhile it is also a trend that students go-back to their hometown and make a living in the place they are pretty much familiar, because of the smoothly changing idea and the gradually decreasing gap between center cities and the other small cities.Generally speaking, based on the intensive interviews with fifteen(15) graduates who born in the small cities but went for their degrees in the center cities, this study has analyzed the whole process, path and tactics gone through for this group in the process of job-searching. To be more specific, this research focused on the factors referred to every period of the job-search process and combined with the “Push and Pull” theory to reflect the real situation they confronted.It is found in this study that the whole process is not a stable and static but a changeable and dynamic one, which is not something about to the excessive reply to the family or escape from the reality but something refer to the complicated choice mixed the reason and sensibility. Eventually, it can also figure out that college students returning hometown as a new trend has its reason to exist, college students should step from steps by steps, considering their own conditions and abilities, returning home is also a the choice of employment, realize the value of life.
