With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the social demand for talent is saturated,therefore,the university student' employment situation facing increasingly grim.To solve this problem,We not only improve the external employment environment,but also pay attention on psychological factors of College Students.In this study,college students and professional commitment to career decision-making self-efficacy both examine its impact on career decision-making difficulties,to improve the capacity and level of college students career decision-making has an important significance.This study selected 900 college students as subjects which from five universities in Nanchang area.The research tools is:?Professional Commitment of Undergraduates Scales,PCUS ? written by Lian rong and Wu lanhua,? Careeer Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale for University Students,CDMSE?written by Peng yongxin and Long lirong,?College students career decision-making difficulties scale?written by Du rui and Long lirong.this study researched the relationship between Professional Commitment of college students and Careeer Decision-making Self-efficacy of and College students career decision-making difficulties.Whether in theory or practice,this study has important significance.In the aspect of theory,This research can expand related research areas,rich theoretical data and empirical data.In the aspect of practice,The results of the study can to provide the reference for the career counseling and guidance work.The research results of this study are as follows.(1)Career decision-making difficulties of college students in the medium to high level(The higher the score,produce less difficult),There were significant differences in the presence or absence of work experience and grades:Students with work experience is significantly better than no work experience;Higher grades to be significantly better than the lower grades.(2)Professional Commitment level of college students is not very high,in the middle position on.Gender and professional presence on the significant differences:boys significantly higher than girls;engineering significantly higher than liberal arts and science students.(3)Students' career decision-making self-efficacy in the upper level,there are(4)significant differences in the family seat,grades and work experience: Towns Students better than in rural areas;high school is better than the lower grades;work experience is better than no work experience.(5)Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between professional commitment,career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties.(6)professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy can significantly predict career decision-making difficulties.(7)career decision-making self-efficacy partially mediated between professional commitment and career decision-making difficult plays.
