By learning and absorbing successful experience of guiding-case from home and abroad, a Middle School, Jingyuan, Baiyin city, Gansu province, which under takes important senior high School Construct Project of national education Science “eleven-five ”plan forming a series of designing plan and operating science of. At the same time, the leading-design plan put is into practice in the school. Of course, it has gained certain achievements. Considering these important reasons, I take example as one Jingyuan Middle School, Baiyin city, making research about “Leading-plan Target Teaching” in Senior High School Maths.The survey is based on one Middle School Jingyuan county Baiyin city Gansu province, mainly referring to Class Three and Four, Grade One analyzing and researching the application of leading-plan Target teaching. In order to find the effect of different teaching model on students’ learning ability, learning habit and learning achievement even analyzing the case. In the end, discovering the efficiency of leading-plan Target teaching of Maths’ teaching, in Senior High School trying to change the fault, and making it better.The survey is combined with teaching theory using observation, questionnaire, discussing and teaching experiment and so on, trying to discovering the efficient of leading-plan Target teaching in Senior High School. These are some conclusions below1.“Leading-plan Target teaching”is benefit form self ability of students, the motivation of student’s activity to have students to learn by themselves and finally getting the aim of self-learning.2. “Leading-plan Target teaching”changes the disadvantages of current Senior High School, strengthening the aim and efficiency of Senior High School teaching.3. “Leading-plan Target teaching”is a kind of communicating way and measure between teacher and teacher, teacher and students, students and Students.4. “Leading-plan Target teaching” helps to increase the junior student’s marks in the Maths exams.5.In learning new teaching model, teacher must learn to absorb and delete, making for practice of school, to serve the teaching of our school.
