the lack of individuality in students composition problem increasingly prominent today,a study on individualized composition teaching has important theory value and practical significance.This paper mainly revolves around four aspects: The first is to carry out the high school thesis teaching present situation investigation and analysis. Current situation of composition teaching between teachers and students of ZhangLang NO.1 high school questionnaire survey, and combined with the concrete teaching design the composition of the two different teaching experiment, through the analysis of the results of the two surveys, the following conclusions: the thesis teaching restricted by such factors as the exam-oriented education, ignores the cultivation of the students’ individual character development and creativity; High school students welcome and need the implementation of the individualized composition teaching. Second, the analysis of individualized composition teaching could not be carried out. Will split in two, the problem is mainly influenced by the traditional culture of groups, individuals and opposed to individualism, advocate collectivism spirit of socialist morality and external influence, and the integrity of the exam-oriented education, the traditional composition teaching of habitual influence and limitation of the teachers literacy for teachers’ teaching and students learning the internality restriction, caused the general teachers and students on the common cognition for individualized composition teaching of neglect. Third is to explore the theoretical basis of the individualized composition teaching practice. From the theory of traditional education resources at home and abroad, related policy and the requirement of law, a clear definition of the concept of individualized composition teaching, and the theory of individualized composition teaching research value and practical significance to fully explain. In the fourth is to carry out the individualized composition teaching practice strategy. Focus on construction of personalized thesis teaching cognitive concept and practice of individualized composition teaching strategy from two aspects the individualized composition teaching concrete implementation strategy and Suggestions are put forward. Among them, the teachers’ individualized composition teaching strategy is the core of this article, with the development of school-based teaching materials, the use of diverse propositions and comprehensive training guidance and multiple forms of evaluation mode as the breakthrough point, in order to better implement the individualized composition teaching and cultivate the students’ personality, to provide thinking and reference for other researchers.
