The Research And Fabrication Of Physics Experiment Teaching Equipment Based On Renesas M16C/62P

Under the background of the era of industry 4.0 which dominated by the intelligent manufacturing, the higher education of our country needs to cater to the world situation, keep pace with the times, cultivate a large number of excellent engineers who have innovative spirit and ability for the society. The university physics experiment course plays a unique and irreplaceable role in this process. Owing to the obsolescence in physics experiment teaching instrument and equipment, as well as limited funding in the universities and college, it is very meaningful to use laboratory existing equipment conditions to improve and upgrade the laboratory instrument and equipment for the purpose of meeting the need of practical teaching, improving the level of laboratory construction, building a high-quality university physics experiment course, promoting the students’ ngineering quality and innovative ability.The paper made some research on air track, three wire pendulum, using the powerful Renesas M16C/62P embedded system and sensor technology, making a research and development in air track experiment instrument and three wire pendulum instrument based on Renesas M16C/62P embedded system. The typical circuit are adopted in the design process of the two experimental instrument, making a foundation for the standardization and modularization of experimental system. The experimental research of system is more smart and convenient, not only can it complete the experiment teaching tasks, but also it can reduce the error and improve the accuracy in the original experiment instrument. If allow students to participate in the study of making new instruments, it will undoubtedly make the student has a more profound understanding and experience for college physics experiment and embedded system knowledge. Implementation of the smartness and convenience of experiment instrument, allowing students deeply experience the inexhaustible fun of the powerful function of the embedded system and physical experiment, and so as to better service for university physics experiment teaching and the excellent engineer cultivation.
