In recent years, the society has raised a new claim to the secondary vocationaleducation with the development of social economy, especially the transformation ofeconomic structure. The team of double-professional teachers is playing animportant role in the secondary vocational education. The cultivation of the teamalso raises a new claim. In order to answer the claim, the thesis proposes that theenterprises and schools coordinately develop and cultivate the team.The research investigates the status quo of the teachers team in secondaryvocational education in Jiangxi province by questionnaire and visit and talk. Theinvestigation indicates that it is difficult for the individual teacher to perform doubleprofessions. People’s not clearly knowing what the team really is and the immatureteaching and professional skills of these teachers lead to the reality that a real teamhas not been founded in secondary vocational education in Jiangxi province.For the above reasons, the research is based on the analysis of the teachers. Itbuilds up a model of the teachers team with the combination of the Expectancytheory and Learning Organization theory. The model integrates the excellentresources, such as enterprises, secondary vocational schools and the industryassociation, to construct the teachers team. The thesis advances feasible advices onthe following aspects: the realization of vocational education, policy guarantee,personnel system and coordination of schools and enterprises.
