The theory of the learning organization proposed by The Fifth Discipline was successfully put into practice in the field of western business. It has somehow proved a model in other fields. Tn the educational zone, the study about and the exploration of learning organization in junior high school has become a heat. Under the guidance of whether or not can the school work out that theory is believed to arouse the interests of educational experts, school leaders and also teachers. Furthermore, a couple of schools has brought the theory to the table or somehow built the school with the help of it.The structure in school demonstrates better the unique of learning organization compared with that in enterprise. The daily activities in school also better bring out the outlook of learning. Peter Senge points that personal mastery, mental models shared vision and team leading outweigh that in business. The reform in junior high school in the future is supposed to draw upon the goodness of learning organization to develop the teaching quality and cultivate excellent citizens.In the past few years, junior high schools pay more attention to how to learn and teach, neglecting the importance of systematically building schools. Educational reform should further draw upon the goodness of learning organization, and put into practice the fifth discipline to impel the development of school and effect better teaching results.The author does a survey in some junior high schools and get to know something about the leading styles, cultural construction, organizational structure, laws in school, and the capacity and attitude of teachers. Based on the above survey, the author comes into glimpse of the operation of school and with the help of the fifth discipline proposes cultural definition in the construction of learning organization in junior high school, which includes encouragement, supportive, teachers’leading, opening and staff training culture. Also, the author proposes the strategy to construct schools, which involves shared vision, mental models, team learning and personal mastery.Furthermore, the author provides three models to bring out the perplexed issue on the way of constructing learning schools. The three models are about reconstruction of junior high school under the great pressure, the construction of school culture which is in a steady way and the organizational structure in a newly built school. I hope the paper would give out the possible ways to design new types of school or somehow provide the prints of them.
