A Study On The Curriculum Of The Aerobics Elective C Ourse Of Fujian Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of Learning Needs

This study uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, statistics and other research methods to study on the Curriculum of the Aerobics Elective Course of Fujian Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Learning Needs. Aerobics teachers and students in 21 vocational college were selected as the research object for a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the Curriculum of the Aerobics Elective Course. The study points factors affecting the adaptedness between the current aerobics elective course for students, and provides valuable reference for the optimization of aerobics elective courses in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province.The results show that:(1) aerobics classes in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province has become a popular sports teaching curriculum in higher vocational colleges. The 21 higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province the body-building exercises classified as elective course, but in number of teaching hours, the number of settings, body-building exercises curriculum target selected, teaching content selection, assessment methods selection settings are not the same. In the setting of teaching hours, hours in the following 73 hours has 18 institutions, the class number of more than 40 people in 13; selected the teaching objectives, the majority of teachers’ understanding of the basic goal to meet the new requirements of the program, but to improve the students’ understanding of team spirit is not enough; selection the teaching mode of the main trends in the traditional teaching mode, the lack of autonomy, inquiry and cooperation advocated the new curriculum model; the main teaching content lack of diversity, the main selection of aerobics training standards, the theory of teaching content is easy, teaching content is relatively simple. Teaching in order to creating packet based assessment, performance assessment is to physical stamina and skill mastery as the standard.(2) in the faculty, mainly young and middle-aged teachers, aerobics teaching senority is short, Half of the teachers are non aerobics professional, teachers in title, record of formal schooling to lecturers and undergraduates mainly; judge don’t to national two referees number is in the majority,11 institutions have never organizes the student to participate in the provincial competition, too few opportunities for in-service teacher training.(3) most of the vocational colleges aerobics exercises teaching facilities plaque lack, poor teaching equipment, incomplete。(4) the purpose of the students learning aerobics is clear, mainly in order to improve the physical quality, promote health, etc., but the lack of the pursuit of teamwork. Demand for teaching contents:the theoretical aspects of the students prefer to learn aerobics exercise principles and methods; practice hope learning campus calisthenics, and different style and fashion assistant teaching contents. Hope to be active in the atmosphere, classroom teaching easy open teaching mode to learn. The assessment of the students is the most concerned, for the physical poor students, then hope to comprehensive assessment results. For the aerobics teacher, students hope their professional skills, have a certain level of the referee and attitude and attitude, patience, and students communicate. Hope that the environment is good, the space is enough, the quality of a good teaching environment to learn exercise.The main factors that affect the setting of the aerobics elective course are the teaching factor, the teacher factor and the teaching condition factor. In order to improve aerobics elective course in vocational colleges in Fujian Province, the study suggests:(1) changing teaching ideas;(2) clarifying curriculum training objectives;(3) using a variety of teaching models flexible to stimulate students’ learning interest;(4) enriching the teaching content of the elective course, mobilizing the students’ enthusiasm;(5) optimizing the assessment methods, establishing the self-confidence of students;(6) strengthening the post training and improving the quality of teachers;(7) improving the teaching conditions to improve the aerobics teaching effect.
