With the advent of the information age,science and technology have become a great driving force for social development,so countries have paid more and more attention to science education,which requires citizens to master a certain amount of scientific knowledge and related scientific capabilities.Having a good scientific literacy is an inevitable requirement for young people to adapt to their future life and career development.The evaluation of students ' scientific literacy is an effective way to understand the development of students ' literacy and the quality of school education,which has strong practical and practical significance.First of all,this paper selects the "PISA scientific literacy assessment framework" and "NAEP scientific literacy evaluation framework",and makes an in-depth analysis of the scientific literacy of these two and the framework structure of ICT literacy,and understands the current situation and development trend of international scientific literacy evaluation.Then,according to the results of the research and analysis,the scientific literacy evaluation scheme of the nine grade students based on computer system and sensor is designed and developed,and a total of 31 middle school students in Suzhou are measured and collected data,and the consistency of SPSS analysis evaluation scheme and PISA calibration evaluation is used to verify its scientific,reasonable and feasible.Finally,in order to explore the influencing factors and regional differences of students ' scientific literacy,31 students of a ordinary middle school in Suzhou and 84 students in a key middle school in Shanghai were measured by the scientific literacy evaluation scheme,and the regional differences and influencing factors of students ' scientific literacy were analyzed by SPSS.The results show that the new scheme and PISA evaluation have high degree consistency in internal and external structures.The new scheme continues the strict test design model and evaluation dimension framework of PISA,and at the same time absorbs the ECD model in NAEP,and strengthens the scientificity of the dimension test design of students ' scientific literacy evaluation ability.The external correlation between the new scheme and PISA evaluation is strong,which shows that there is homogeneity in the content dimension of the two evaluations.It proves the feasibility of the theory of students ' scientific literacy evaluation scheme,the rationality of the design and the scientificity of its implementation.At the same time,the analysis results of the influence factors of the scientific literacy evaluation scheme score show that the regional differences of students ' scientific literacy are large,and the students ' science achievement and STEM tendency will affect the students ' scientific literacy level.The results of this study provide some reference value for the promotion of students ' scientific literacy evaluation based on computer interaction and hands-on practical tasks for our country.
