Research On The Coordinated Management Between New And Old Campuses

This research based on the achievements of predecessors, through interview investigation, literature review, data sorting and other research methods, in combination with the practical management situation of F university, summed up the problem of multi-campus university’s management as follows:the dis-coordination of the degree of campus management; the dis-coordination of resource allocation and utilization; the dis-coordination of campus culture; the dis-coordination of the training of students. And the reasons are the inherent defects of multi-campus running mode; the defects of each campus’ function orientation and the human resources is not fully arouse. To cope with these problems, this study proposed five coordinated management measures. Namely reasonable positioning campus’ function orientation, set up a campus management committee and decentralization, fully activate the human resources of campus, optimize the allocation of education resources, strengthen the campus culture’s construction of new campus.
