In The Perspective Of Resource Allocation In Fujian Province "Joy Fitness Station" Operation Mode Study For The Disabled

According to the "Joy fitness station" operation mode for the disabled in Fujian province as the research object, through the literature data collection, investigation method, observation method, mathematical statistics and so on,this article analyses the construction of Fujian province since 2012 Joy fitness station operating mode, and summarizes Joy fitness station’s success in the process of operation and management experience and the existing main problems. Pingtan comprehensive experimental area in 9 cities of Fujian province and its construction in 2012 of 13 "Joy fitness station", on the basis of field investigation, following the "theoretical research, analysis of the situation, the operation mode study" trinity, research train of thought and perspective as the breakthrough point, the allocation of resources to the analysis of the current in Fujian province, relying on "Joy fitness station" the main problems existing in the process of the development of mass sports for the disabled, and sums up the Fujian provincial disabled persons "Joy fitness station" running modes:special-education schools, community, good homes, welfare enterprises, foster mode, rural, and the characteristics of operating mode. On the basis of the above several running modes, respectively in Fuzhou, Yangqiao Hen an deaf-mute school community, for instance, two basic operation modes for special-education schools and community case studies, to verify that the summary induces several "Joy fitness station" operation mode is feasible and practical.Through the research and analysis, this article finds that the mass sports for the disabled and Joy fitness station construction in Fujian province mainly exist in the process of development of human resources, material resources, financial resources and other aspects of the lack of resources and resource misallocation, failed to achieve the function of resource allocation efficiency maximization. Based on this, for the better development of mass sports undertakings for the disabled in Fujian province, this paper proposes to strengthen human resources specialization degree around the city level, increase publicity of sports for the disabled around the city, under the condition of limited resources appropriate to the disabled sports tilt, from the allocation of resources and configuration methods improve the disabled sports resource allocation on some strategic thinking, and gradually to maximize resource allocation efficiency, and to be better development of mass sports for the disabled, to achieve the grand objective of the all-round well-off society.
