The new curriculum standards ideological and moral lessons clearly put forward the importance of cooperative learning in the application of moral lesson. Basic education in our country new curriculum standard explicitly asked to attach importance to the application of cooperative learning in the curriculum teaching, advocates the comprehensive practice cooperative learning education concept. But all along, the villages’ middle school attaches the great importance to imparting knowledge, despise ability. Cooperative learning model that was introduced in rural junior high moral character class is to promote students’ enthusiasm of study and encourage their awareness、 collaboration and participation, which has changed the traditional teacher-student relationship and the mode of delivery, which in turn improve classroom equality and communicative.This article mainly uses the classroom observation, interviews and other research methods, the integrated use of pedagogy, psychology and thought personal character discipline related principles for theory research. On the basis of the theory, in order to analysis the present situation and the reasons in L school junior ideological and moral lessons,where is in C county. I put forward some strategies to improve classroom cooperative learning, which can promote better effectiveness of cooperative learning. Such as, improve the teachers’ teaching ability, ideology and moral character and improve the classroom effect; cultivate students’ spirit of cooperation and improve the quality of ideological and moral classroom cooperative learning countermeasures. And according to the main counter measures, the author designed a moral character experiment teaching, which by observation the cooperative learning process and results of detection in this paper, conclude the research advantages and disadvantages.
