Guizhou Province in 2010, the last batch of entering a new period of curriculum. With the Guizhou province entered the experimental stage of new curriculum, the province also from the fall of 2010 began to use the curriculum standard experiment textbook fully, the new curriculum system in the curriculum function, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management and other aspects compared with the original have greater innovation. The core idea of the basic education reform is to promote the development of every student, it will realize the historic change from the subject standard, the knowledge standard to focus on the development of every student curriculum in primary and secondary schools in china. These changes are important causes of high school mathematics teachers in Dafang County, maladaptive, important elements of the new curriculum reform is the teachers change. To explore the influence factors of Dafang County high school math teachers maladaptive, understand the adaptability of individual in education and teaching, and carry on the detailed analysis, sorting out the effects of comprehensive factors of individual adaptability, is a significant research topic.Teachers face a new change, often showed some adaptability problems. If the teacher can adapt new curriculum well is an important factor in the curriculum reform, therefore, this study will be of Dafang County first school, generous County second middle school, third middle school, Dafang County Experimental High School, Dafang County Yuen Secondary School(township), Xiangshui middle school(township) survey of current situation of classroom teaching behavior adaptability etc. part of high school mathematics teachers in the background of the new curriculum, and analyses the influence factors of adaptability, so as to put forward some increase in Dafang County high school mathematics teachers’ teaching behavior adaptation measures recommended ability, and provide some basis for improving the current generous County high school mathematics teachers in the classroom teaching behavior adaptation.The results show that: easy county minority high school mathematics teachers in the teaching process with the existence of various maladjustment maladjustment, trigger factors mainly in the following four aspects:(1) environmental factors;(2) the textbook compiling and knowledge system factors;(3) the learning factors of students;(4) the teacher factor among the teachers, the factors including the teachers’ psychological factors, awareness of the concept of factors, professional basis and teaching ability, teaching methods and other factors factors. Through research and discussion, the author thinks that: Teachers’ maladjustment phenomenon can be through the school teacher training, improve the teaching facilities, intervention and regulation effectively so that the teacher’s maladjustment to get maximum improvement. Next, the author made the interpretation of adaptability to bad phenomenon existing in mathematics teaching of teachers, analyzed the factors influencing the mathematics teaching adaptability, and proposed the improvement strategy.
