With the implementation of New Course Standard of Mathematics in High School,in the process of editing new textbooks, there actually sets up a brand-new teaching concept, which is totally different from the traditionally textbook-centered, classroom-centered and teacher-centered pattern in the past. Mathematics education teaching activities development stage, They have brought new opportunities and challenges to the teaching of Mathematics in rural high schools.At present, rural areas are the main areas where the new curriculum reform is implemented. It is an inevitable trend to pay close attention to the actuality of the new curriculum in rural areas. The new curriculum reform of mathematics in high schools in rural areas being relatively slow, education resources being relatively scarce, school running conditions information and modern education information being in relative backward, the advantages of new materials in high school teaching activities in rural areas can't be fully played. Hence, a variety of indaptabilities appear. The thesis concerns the adaptability of the New maths, Textbooks in high schools for teachers and students In Quanzhou of Fujian Province Based on the teaching activities applied by experimental textbooks Mathematics (Peoples Education Press, Version A, Compulsory 1-5 and Elective 1-4) in high schools in Minnan areas, the thesis analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation, summarizes and learns from experiences, adopts the strong points write overcomes the weak points, searches for gaps, carries out preliminary investigations for the acceptability of the new textbooks so that practical materials and information can be put forward. All these are processed by means of questionnaires, interviews and classroom or servations. As teachers and students are respectively the direct implementers and beneficiaries of the reform of the new curriculum, their adaptabilities to the new textbooks will be directly related to the success of the reform. Based on this, in the process of researching, the author modestly listens to the precious comments and proposals given by the maths teachers in rural areas and searches for adaptabilities textbooks. According to the investigation results, I would establish coping strategies that can optimize teaching resoures and integrate teaching content. All these are done to make the new textbooks in high schools more adaptive in rural areas.
