Minority area's education is a weak part of China's education development and it hasbecome one of the obstacles of the whole nation's education development. The low level ofeducation quality in minority area can be related to the cultural adaptability of curriculum .The thesis's research goal is to analyze the phenomenon of cultural imbalance in minorityarea's present situation of school's curriculum reform from the vision of multi-culturaleducation. And through the factor-analysis, it will make education researchers realize thatcurriculum reform should not only be based on the nation's main-body culture;it should payattention to the minority area's culture and its national culture. So we should developcurriculum that adapts to the minority students and make them enjoy equal developmentopportunity. Besides, this kind of curriculum can help the harmonious development ofdifferent cultures.The research train thought of this thesis is to demonstrate the minority area'scurriculum from the vision of multi-cultural education. It describes the cultural imbalance ofminority area's present situation of school's curriculum reform in some Mongolian-teachingjunior middle schools in Tongliao from curriculum aim,curriculum content,curriculumstructure and teacher's quality. And it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions onthe analysis of curriculum goal,curriculum model,curriculum development system andteacher's quality.The paper includes four parts:The first part is mainly about this paper's theories. It expounds the meaning,backgrounds, basic concepts, aim and type of multi-cultural education and sets up the theoryvision of this thesis. The second part does a multi-cultural analysis on the present situation ofcultural adaptability in four Mongolian-teaching junior middle schools in Tongliao. And itexplains the lack of cultural adaptability in curriculum .The third part is analyze thecurriculum goal,curriculum model,curriculum development system and teacher's qualityaccording to the lack of cultural adaptability in four Mongolian-teaching junior middleschools in Tongliao. It hopes to raise the cultural adaptability of curriculum reform andimproves the students' performance. By making them enjoy equal development opportunity,this kind of curriculum can help the harmonious development of different cultures. The lastpart gives some countermeasures and suggestions on the above analysis.
