With the rapid development of economic society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, early education conceptfor the children has been recognized more and more by the parents. In about 10 years, the development speed of early education market for the infant in China is rapid, and the average growth rate is close to 30%. Early education marketing strategy is a fierce competition for the early education market formed on the early education market to how to proceed in the emerging discipline. In an increasingly competitive early education market, an urgent need for effective, practical marketing strategies to achieve the early education market.The purpose of this paper is to explore the early education development in the process of how to use the theory of marketing to develop the early education marketing strategies. The object of this thesis is the HL early education institutions.Papers on the project site to conduct the first analysis of the macroeconomic environment, mainly from the domestic economic environment, social culture environment, political and law environment.Secondly, from the existing competitors, potential competitors, substitutes, consumers, suppliers of qin huang dao early education industry market competition analysis.Third, from the HL early education institutions, management and marketing ability, etc, the feasibility of HL early education institutions micro environmental analysis.Fourth, the use of SWOT theory, the the early education institutions market competitive environment faced by the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges,and determine the strategy of SO. The paper research the marketing strategy of the early education institution from the aspects of market segment, target customers and market positioning.Finally, the thesis according to established marketing strategy, pointing out that the HL early education institutions in various stages of the promotion and implementation of key elements of the strategy, elaborated the marketing strategy implementation of HL early education institutions.
