The behavioral culture build-up is an important part of the construction of university culture. It is a major carrier of adhering to the people-oriented, implementing the scientific concept of development, building a harmonious campus, and further strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of university students. The behavioral culture build-up for university students of science and engineering is an important part of university behavior culture. Based on investigating on 10 ordinary universities in Henan province and referring a large amount of related researches, it points out its existing problems. According to the actual situation of the behavioral culture build-up for students of science and engineering, it discusses the effective tactics and solutions of improving this kind of construction.
