Following《The state’s medium-and long-term planning framework for education reform and development(2010-2020)》and《The State Council opinions’ on the current development of preprimary education》, preprimary education, once marginalized, has been brought into the public education system by the emphasis of central and local governments at all levels.Childhood is a critical period of the individual’s intelligence development, the formation of the character and habit. A good preprimary education will lay a solid foundation for the development of children in the future or even a lifetime.The initial experience for kids in preprimary education stage is kindergarten. As the foundation of the whole educational system, kindergarten preliminarily educates the children,letting them experience society without the protection of their family, helping them learn about the world around them, germinating their excellent personality and quality. However,some children have negative reactions like crying, and even some do serious reactions in the beginning of their enrolment, which leads to significant influence on their experience in the kindergarten, and aversion to the school and study. Through professional methods of children social works, the U.S.A. and the Hong Kong of China have supplied a series of services for parents and their kids, including adaption to enrollment, emotional counseling, prevention and relief of children’s separation anxiety. Our country carried out social works late with the lack of research on the intervention of that works in the kindergarten. Moreover, in this paper,taking newly enrolled students in the G kindergarten of Neixiang County, Nanyang City,Henan Province as our object of study, we combines the ways of literature research with field survey, and refers to the fruits of the research on pedagogy and psychology. In this situation,with the perspective of children’s social work and the professional methods of that works, we provide guidance to the children and their parents to prevent and relieve the separation anxiety just after enrollment. Based on exploring the way of relieving children separation, the article aims to sum up the practical experience to provide experience and guidance for the children’s social workers who engaged in preprimary education in mainland of China.
