Ideological and moral course is one of the important subjects of rural junior middle school. The quality of the ideological and moral education in the rural junior middle school has a direct impact on the development of rural education.. For a long time in the traditional teaching of moral education in junior middle school existing teaching methods on the disadvantages of a single, "a mouth, a chalk and blackboard" teaching methods, making ideological and moral lesson teaching boring,affect the enthusiasm of the students, stand in the way of Ideological and moral education as the main channel of moral education function of the play. Therefore in the junior middle school thought political lesson teaching, the multimedia into the teaching of Ideological and moral lesson is the way to the new curriculum reform become the important task of the ideological and moral teachers.This paper first mainly for multimedia teaching concept, characteristics and the multimedia teaching in the rural junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson to carry out the necessity to carry on the analysis. Through the analysis to realize that multimedia teaching has become an essential teaching medium in modern society.. Especially in rural schools, it is very important to carry out multimedia teaching for the abstract and theoretical courses.The application of multimedia teaching in Toksun county rural moral lesson in junior middle school. Mainly through the form of questionnaire respectively on schools, teachers and students of on-the-spot investigation, understand the Toksun County Rural junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson in multimedia teaching implementation situation. In the course of the investigation found that the current each rural school ideological and moral lesson in multimedia teaching problems and problems of reasons. And the profound understanding to the current rural school ideological and moral lesson using multimedia teaching, improve the teaching effect of Ideological and moral lesson, also can improve teachers’ professional quality, the computer level, the more important is is conducive to improve students’ all-round development.Finally, according to the results of the questionnaire survey, the author puts forward the improving way of the ideological and moral education in rural junior middle school. First, the combination of multimedia teaching method and traditional teaching method. Second, improve the ideological and moral education level of theteachers’ multimedia. Third, optimize the relationship between multimedia and teaching elements. Fourth, strengthen the management and maintenance of multimedia equipment. Also in the process of multimedia teaching, the teachers as long as the modern teaching theory and learning theory to arm themselves, in order to give full play the role of multimedia teaching, multimedia teaching has brought a bad influence to avoid. In teaching activities, teachers should constantly efforts,adhere to the principle of lifelong learning, learn from each other, the proper selection and use of teaching media, give full play to the role of of all kinds of teaching media, in order to achieve the optimization of teaching effect.
