With the continuous development of information technology, the role of "science and technology is the primary productive force" has been fully reflected In our study, work and daily life. Multimedia is a new teaching tool in this modern society, it infiltrated every school and educational institutions,and has become an important part of the information technologym, it is one of the elements that can not be ignored in education and teaching reform in the future.Ideological and moral teaching not only requires teachers to teach the knowledge in the textbooks to the students, it also requires to pay attention to the development of students’ intelligence in the process of imparting knowledge, And the training of thinking ability, the improvement of practical ability, and comprehensively improve the students’ Ideological and moral understanding. Multimedia is the computer, photographic apparatus, video recorders, tape recorders and VCD teaching software and other media gather in their variety of carriers, its symbology information including text, images, audio, video, and animation. It is in the Ideological and moral teaching can enrich teaching resources, stimulate students’ interest in learning and fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students learning, enable students shift from passive learning to active learning so that they can truly become the main body of learning, also can think article lesson to teach computer basic knowledge and basic skills training, improve the teachers’ educational technology ability and quality, to meet the requirements of the era of computer information in 21 st century. Teachers in the classroom can fully using multimedia, text and animation of virtual process performance of the abstract concepts and principles, flexibility in the use of media teaching, create a kind of vitality, open teaching environment.How to better application of multimedia, full utilization of modern teaching resources, closely linked with the ideological and moral education, to fully enhance students’ interest in learning, so that students from passive learning to active learning, so that they can truly become the main body of learning, and ultimately achieve the best teaching effect of ideological and moral teaching should pay attention to the problem.This paper study about the moral lesson multimedia teaching, from the role of media in junior high ideological and moral teaching, and the use of Status and Problems of exposition to the causes of moral multimedia teaching analysis of the problem, tries to summarize the relevant measures. it not only contribute to the development of moral lesson of this discipline, but also help to build a platform for multimedia using, allows us to multimedia applications in the ideological and moral teaching in a more profound understanding of multimedia applications in teaching Crispin Research on this subject and will make the appropriate supplement and perfect on it.
