The healthy growth of teenagers is that innovation is the basis of the development of our country which will related to the competitiveness of our country in the world today, is related to the rise and fall of our nation and in peril. In today, the international competition is essentially the competition of comprehensive national strength, and the comprehensive national strength is the decisive factor in economic strength and technological, economic power and technological this in the final analysis is the talent competition. Education is a state the main ways and means of training talents, education play a role in the process of talent training is a kind of talent training in any other form of, so, education has become the focus of each country. Our country in recent years, efforts to implement the new curriculum reform, in 1999 to 2001, three years, developed and completed the new primary and secondary school physical education and health curriculum standard, in September 2001 in the national experimental zone for the pilot experiment, and in 2005 a nationwide implementation, which made our country sports education career and the development of the further deeper. Physical education curriculum has always been an important part of teaching in our school. Sports courses can not only by physical activity to achieve the purpose of enhanced physique, improve health, especially with the improvement of people’s living standard, to people’s spiritual demand also has a great influence, for example: to cultivate our strong character, competitive consciousness, the unity cooperation spirit, etc., at the same time, to enhance national cohesion and centripetal force, has the indispensable role. Rural schools is relative to the city schools, towns mainly refers to the following at the county level and their subordinate country set up a school. According to the requirements of new, carried out in the sports education work under the environment, to investigate the dezhou rural junior high school. By reading lots of related specialized in our school library, books, schools in rural areas at the situation of physical education curriculum have deeper understanding, and sums up several main research content: dezhou rural junior middle school sports teaching present situation, the implementation of the new curriculum standard, sports curriculum present situation, the teaching organization form and teaching method, physical education teaching evaluation system, etc. By analysis and research to find out the influence factors of the school sports education career development, and put forward reasonable development countermeasure, and make the dezhou rural junior high school physical education in the wake of the needs of the development of society, positive change teacher’s role, preparation before class, fully excavate students’ interest and potential in the classroom, enriched the contents of the sports classroom and rational utilization of physical education teaching methods and organizational forms, reasonable use of sports evaluation way, to let the students not only learn knowledge, mastered the skills, the main method of learning to learn is to let students. The results showed that:(1) can be seen from the results we dezhou rural junior high school physical education work has a lot of problems: physical education teachers of the teachers strength is weak, and there are other department or school phenomenon of insufficient funds input to the undertakings of physical culture and sports, school sports equipment standard can not meet the new standard of the most basic requirements, the use of physical education and health curriculum also table larger problems, some schools even do every textbook, even the most basic material base of all these schools can not meet the relevant requirements, this has led directly to the school physical education work carry on smoothly, there is no condition from another side reflects the implementation of the new curriculum standard in these schools are big obstacles.(2) the survey data show that the implementation of the new curriculum standard dezhou rural junior high school is not smooth, the majority of the rural schools could not reasonable according to the regulations of the ministry of education, the implementation of curriculum reform.(3) dezhou rural junior high school physical education curriculum Settings there is a big problem. General requirements is a junior high school gym class three hours a week, two classes, sports activity but no school can meet the requirement. Junior high school stage of learning is a critical period in the development of students’ life, not only has important role in students’ learning career, in the process of student’s personality formation development also has the effect that cannot replace. However, seems to only look at our school in the students’ knowledge learning and ignore the students’ physical, psychological development, especially after the third because more nervous, so there are a number of physical education curriculum by crowding out \ "core classes\", lead to a drop after a grade PE. Physical education \ "occupied\" phenomenon on one hand, on the other hand the P.E. teaching content more rich enough, the class form dull, this need to increase the corresponding physical education curriculum content to change the status quo.(4) the students of traditional sports teaching methods can’t produce strong interest in learning, not to mention the student individuality development, they are just passive acceptance.(5) the school physical education curriculum evaluation system is not reasonable, as a work in a line of sports teachers seem to focus on the students master the knowledge and skills acquisition, while ignoring the students emotion to the achievement of goals.
