A Study On H University Undergraduate’ Needs Of Mutual Learning Style

The main task of college students is to study hard,to improve the quality of learning. However, college students always have a variety of learning problem,not even to learn. At the same time,teachers appear improper methods and other issues in the teaching process,the students are not concerned enough when they need concerned. College students also lack of guidance and help. So,this study presents mutual learning method to help students to overcome their learning difficulties. The study introduces the mutual learning method to the respondents. The investigation of H university students is to know if they have needs of mutual learning style.This study based on documentation analysis in and out aboard. The study uses the methods of interviews,questionnaires,take H university as an example, by the collation of data and interviews records, at the beginning of the in-depth analysis of the status of students study at H university, to explore their in-heart help on learning. We get the result that they have the need of mutual learning way. We get the conclusion that:1. The main questions of H university students’ study: could not feel the value of the contents of the study, not interest in their own major, too many content of courses, problems of learning methods, subject logical thinking ability is not strong, weak learning foundation and so on.2. The main factors of H university students’ learning problems are divided into internal and external causes: external causes include factors of learning atmosphere, curriculum setting, teacher teaching, learning resources, school experience and so on. The internal factors include weak learning willpower, lack of learning motivation, learning schedule is unreasonable and so on.3. The way to solve leaning problems of H university students at present : ask for advice from students, solving problems themselves by looking for relevant information, don’t resolve or assault learning at the end of the semester.4. The learning help of H university students want to get from their heart: peer learning help and teachers’ academic guidance.5.The needs of mutual learning method of H university students: most students agree mutual learning method and they want to learn like this way. They have needs of mutual learning method.6.The demand of H university students on the way of mutual learning: the students hope to carry out mutual learning in the form of group discussion and one to one. They hope that can talk about the difficult professional courses, and professional knowledge, academic and career planning and so on. And their guide should be active in thinking, have good moral character, rich in knowledge and so on.At last, based on the investigation and analysis, researcher make some suggestions for the university management department, the university teachers and the college students in order to promote mutual learning among college students, improve the quality of learning, and promote universities to set up mutual learning institutions.
