The Research On Continuing Education Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers On The Equalization Of Public Service Perspective

With the advancing of industrialization and urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers had become the main force of city construction in our country. But a lot of new generation migrant workers’ comprehensive quality is low, which is hard to find jobs. Urban survival pressure forces the new generation of migrant workers to have a strong demand for continuing education, and they desire to improve their comprehensive quality and professional ability at the same time. So, it is meaningful to know about the basic survival status and continuing education needs of the new generation of migrant workers, and put forward effective strategies of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in continuing education.Based on the survey of Guangdong province, this paper adopts questionnaire method and depth interview to combine with theoretical research and literature analysis and summarize the characteristics of them. At the same time, the research shows that the problems about the continuing education of them from the new generation of migrant workers and the public service support two aspects. At last, the paper tries the best to promote some effective suggestions from the new generation of migrant workers, the government, the society and the enterprise depending on the equalization of public service perspective.
