To solve the problem of continuing education for the new generation of migrant workers is not only a national will, but also a new type of urbanization for the new generation of migrant workers into the city. To solve this problem, we should put emphasis on the supply of continuing education resources, balancing the supply of continuing education resources and the demand of continuing education resources of the new generation of migrant workers, so as to help them improve quality and integrate into urban society.This article analysis the new characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, the status of urban integration, the reasons of the needs for continuing education, the supply of continuing education resources and the level of continuing education needs and the empirical analysis, put forward constructing evaluation system of ducational needs of the new generation of migrant workers, improving vocational training system, education system, constructing urban civilization education system, improve the professional skills, education level and quality of civilization of the new generation of migrant workers, helping them into the city, having advantages in choosing a career, turning them from peasants to citizens.
