With the old generation of migrant workers withdrawing from the field of employment,the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of China’s economic construction.Unlike the traditional migrant workers,the comprehensive quality and employment expectations of the new generation of migrant workers are generally improved,and their willingness to realize their self-worth and change their living conditions is stronger.However,the new generation of migrant workers in the acquisition of social and public resources is in a weak position,facing great pressure in urban survival,so that most of them have the psychology of traveling,the level of psychological capital is low.Psychological capital,as a positive psychological resource that can be exploited in a specific way,can enhance the psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers,help them integrate into society,enhance the sense of belonging of the city,and realize the transformation of new citizens.Continuing education is an important way to improve individual cultural quality,skill level and psychological quality.It is of great research significance and practical significance to study and construct a new generation of migrant workers’ continuing education model based on psychological capital.This study takes the new generation of migrant workers working in large manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as the object of investigation.Firstly,through questionnaires and interviews,we understand the current situation of continuing education and psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers,and explore the relationship between education level and psychological capital level of the new generation of migrant workers.Firstly,through questionnaires and interviews,we understand the current situation of psychological capital and continuing education of the new generation of migrant workers,and analyze the relationship between education level and psychological capital level through statistical software.Secondly,combined with the results of field research,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the continuing education of the new generation of migrant workers in enterprises,and makes an analysis of the causes.On this basis,the paper elaborates the basis of the construction of the continuing education model of the new generation of migrant workers’ psychological capital based on psychological capital,including the necessity,purpose,principles and policy orientation of the model construction,which provides a reference for the construction of the continuing education model based on psychological capital.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,aiming at improving the psychological capital and comprehensive quality of the new generation of migrant workers,this study constructs acontinuing education mode suitable for the new generation of migrant workers in enterprises,including the main body of mode operation,the design of educational activities,the construction of mode platform and the guarantee of mode operation,and explains the conclusions of this paper.In order to provide reference and reference for improving the continuing education mode of the new generation of migrant workers in enterprises,enhance the comprehensive quality and psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers,and promote their urban integration.
