The effective teaching means that teacher correctly grasps the teaching rule, uses the teaching means and strategies, makes students have changes and get a efficient and effective development in a certain teaching time. It requests that the teacher gets over the course content and the Chinese curriculum standards, acknowledging the course and its rules, considering about students, developing a test to make difference about writing, thinking and literature in high school composition teaching.Gui zhou experimental high school composition teaching is the object of this study, there are some advantages, such as teachers have the consciousness about goal, most of them get over language curriculum standards and combined with the teaching rules they established clear teaching goals, they give some operative guidance in the instruction of forward-writing and evaluation standard in the composition. There are also some matters. The teaching goal and the content lock of systematic, teachers’ writing teaching thought is old, they emphasize more reading than writing and imitation, ignoring the relationship between writing and students expression. And in teaching process, they give more focus on forward-writing directing or commenting compositions than amending and test about teaching.There are some advice for above-mentioned problems. Firstly, teachers have a right and rational idea with writing and teaching; secondly, gaining more knowledge about them, knowing well about their rules to make a scientific content and goal; thirdly, making a scientific test; and then considering the students, arousing their interesting in writing and keeping it.There are three parts in this article. Part one gives a profound about the theory of composition teaching, part two presents the investigation and research of teaching situation, part three puts forward the advice and thinking to realize effective composition teaching.
