Along with the development of the new round curriculum reform, new curriculum resources which called the generative curriculum resources in high school political lesson rises rapidly, it need to be a comprehensive system theoretical research and practical exploration. To exploit and utilize generative curriculum resources effectively not only contributes to improve the efficiency of the political teaching in high school, but also have a positive impact on the development of teachers and students in the actual teaching course of high school political teaching. Therefore, the paper has a study on the exploitation and utilization of generative resources in high school political lesson by using questionnaires and interviews. The paper discusses from the following three aspects:First, the paper analyses and discusses the meaning, contents, characteristics and the necessity of the exploitation and utilization of generative resources in high school political lesson. From the discussion, it concludes that it is a certain choice of teachers and students’ development and it is also a real choice of political lesson’s reality environment to exploit and utilize generative resources in high school political lesson.Second, the paper summarizes some achievements on the exploitation and utilization of the high school thought political lesson teaching generative resources from the survey research results. The achievements are that some of teachers are aware of the importance of the generative curriculum resources and some teachers had some practices or are trying to some practice exploration about the exploitation and utilization of the generative resources. At the same time it still has several practical level problems. They are that the overall importance is not high, the interaction efficiency lower between teachers and students during teaching, severe resource loss, expectations of students and teachers’ performance exist deviations, teachers’ performance and students’ perception are different. It explores the causes of those problems from the subjects of teachers, students, the defects of interaction between teachers and students.Third, according to the problems and the reasons existing in the political teaching of exploration and utilization of generative resources in high school, it explores the improvement path of the exploration and utilization of generative resources from the subjects of teachers in high school political teaching, students, interaction between teachers and students in three levels. The three levels point out that both must enhance teachers’ ability to use generative curriculum resources, and to pay students’ positively initiative to participate in the exploration and utilization of generative curriculum resources, and also to promote the cooperative interaction between teachers and students in the process of teaching to promote the exploration and utilization of generative resources.
